Day 57, February 20 - Gratitude

Gratitude opens the heart and evokes positive emotions. Being mindful of the good things in life will help you be happier, less stressed, have more energy and sleep better. Three things I am grateful for today:
1) My family (always).
2) For having the energy and the opportunity for a good workout.
3) For cell phones (so I can have long chats with my sister and never have to worry about 'long distance bills").
