Day 43, February 6

"Appreciate what you have, until time makes you appreciate what you had."


This evening I went to a spinning and yoga class for the first time in awhile. When I make time for exercise it feels good! Not only am I working towards getting in better physical shape, it is a great stress reliever. While on the bike, I was feeling a little out of shape (okay - a lot out of shape), and I started thinking about Ed and what he will need to do to regain his strength and learn to walk with two "sticks" as he calls his future prosthetic. So while it might be uncomfortable to push myself to get in shape, I will be mindful when exercising and thankful for the things my body allows me to do.
