Having patience is something I have struggled with, yet it seems essential to living mindfully. Patience might be the key to a happy life.
Since having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of
frustration or adversity, we have many opportunities to practice it. Patience can mean the difference between worry and tranquility. One of my goals for living mindfully is to help reduce worry and frustration, thus the importance of patience. There is a great article
