Day 1

Today I am beginning my journey to mindful living. Learn more about me and my goals by reading "My Story" (the link is on the menu to the right). Whether you are someone who struggles with anxiety and you want to learn to live "mindfully", or are someone who has other changes you want to make, I invite you to join me in this journey! Please comment as to what you'd like to change and of course, I'm always happy to hear success stories from others. I will also be logging successes and trials of mindful living.

I worked out with a Personal Trainer today. One of my goals is to improve my health. This was a learning day, so I was concentrating and talking while lifting weights. My hope is to be mindful while exercising so I can be more engaged and feel my own strength. By focusing on the muscles I am working and what I am accomplishing I should get more out of each workout.
